Report sewage overflowing in the street

A public service of Undevia. No account and no sign-in. Two things are asked for, what you can see and where it is, and everything else on this page is optional.

You do not need an account, a name or a telephone number to report this. If somebody is in danger now, telephone the utility as well.

What can you see

A location from your phone ties the report to the sewer underneath you. A description alone still reaches the utility, and a person there places it.

Up to 3 pictures, JPEG or PNG, up to 4 MB each. Choose them all in one pass of the picker.

What is kept: the place you give, what you can see, your own words, and the time the report reached us. A picture is kept with every hidden detail your camera wrote into it removed, including where it was taken, and only the utility's own staff can open it: it is never shown on any public page, including your own report's. Faces in a picture are not blurred, so point the camera at the overflow rather than at people. A number or address to reach you is kept only if you type one, and only to tell you what happens.

Already reported one? Type it in below and see what happened to it.

Or open /public/sewer-overflows/ with your reference on the end.

Report a problem with the water supply instead, such as a burst main or no water.

On a slow or expensive connection? Use the light version, which leaves out maps and pictures and still lets you report anything.
