Ask to be connected to the water
A public service of Undevia. No account and no sign-in. Two things are asked for, where the premises are and what the water is for, and everything else on this page is optional.
You do not need an account, a name, an identity document or a title deed to ask. Those are asked for later, by a person, once somebody from the utility is talking to you. The reference below is what you hold in the meantime.
The configured target for answering a request like this is 10 working days to answer a request for a new connection.
- Water for a home that has none: A house, a room or a plot with no connection of its own.
- A shared tap for several households in one yard: One tap that more than one household will draw from, on one plot.
- A connection for a business or a workshop: A shop, a workshop, a salon, a garage or anything else trading from the premises.
- A connection for a school, clinic or place of worship: Anywhere numbers of people are served rather than one household.
- A temporary connection for building work: Water for construction, to be taken out again when the building is finished.
- A bigger connection where there is already one: There is a connection, and it no longer carries what the premises need.
- Reconnecting a supply that was cut off: There was water at these premises and there is not any more.
- Something else: Anything the list above does not describe.
