Report a problem with your water
A public service of Undevia. No account and no sign-in. Two things are asked for, where it is and what is wrong, and everything else on this page is optional.
You do not need an account, a name or a telephone number to report this. If you leave nothing to reach you on, the reference below is the only way back to your report, and it still reaches the people who can fix it.
- No water at all: Nothing comes out of the tap, and it is not a day the supply was due to be off.
- The water barely runs: There is supply, but not enough to reach a tank, an upper floor or a yard tap.
- A burst pipe, or water running in the street: Water escaping under pressure from a pipe, a hydrant or the road surface.
- A leak that is not a burst: A steady drip or seep from a pipe, a meter box, a valve chamber or a standpipe.
- Sewage overflowing: Sewage escaping from a manhole, a drain or a pipe, anywhere a person could walk.
- The water looks, smells or tastes wrong: Discoloured, cloudy, oily or smelling of anything at all. Do not drink it until they answer.
- An open or broken manhole, cover or chamber: A hole in the ground somebody could fall into, or a cover that has been broken or taken.
- The meter is broken, unreadable or leaking: The dial is stuck, the glass is gone, the box is full of water or nobody can read it.
- Something else: Anything the list above does not describe.
