You do not need an account, a name or an identity document. No name and no email address is kept: your reference is what you hold, and it is what brings this order back.

What kind of tank it is

A septic tank: A sealed underground tank with a lid, that a soakaway or a drain field runs off.
A conservancy or holding tank: A sealed tank with no outlet at all, that fills until it is emptied.
A pit latrine: A lined or unlined pit under a slab. Say in the notes if the slab has no removable cover.
A grease trap or interceptor: For a kitchen, a workshop or a forecourt rather than a household.

How big it is, in cubic metres, if you know (optional)

If you state one it must be between 1 and 60 cubic metres. Leaving it blank is fine and changes nothing else.
