Claim back money for tokens your meter never accepted
If you paid for water and your meter would not take the token, this is where you ask for that money back. Bring the slips you have. You are not asked to prove that your utility kept a record of the sale: the claim is decided on your receipts and on what the meter itself says it loaded.
