Answer a published tender

Pick the tender you want to bid for, give your price, and it is sealed until that tender closes. You do not need an account, and you will be given a reference to quote.

Nothing is open to bids at the moment. A tender appears here the moment it is published and disappears the moment it closes.

Bid already? Type your reference in and see what we hold, without an account.

The tenders you can bid for now

Every tender open to bids right now, from any utility on this system. Open one to read the notice and give your price. You do not need an account at any point.

Tenders from every utility here are listed together, soonest to close first. The utility column is what tells you whose competition each one is.

What appears in this list
A tender appears the moment it is published and leaves the moment it closes. One you saw yesterday and cannot find today has closed, and closing is the only way a tender leaves this list.
How many are shown
At most a hundred, and the page does not tell you when there are more than that. Where the list is full, the ones missing are the ones closing latest.
Tender
The reference and the title, as a link to the full notice. The reference is the name every later conversation about this tender uses, including the one where you ask what happened to your bid.
Utility
Which utility is buying. You bid to that utility, and it is the one that decides the award and tells you the result.
Closes
The moment bidding stops, stated in UTC. It is measured on this system's own clock and never on your device's, so a device set wrong does not buy you time. A bid that arrives after that moment is refused.
When nothing is listed
Nothing is open to bids anywhere on this system at this moment. It is not a fault and there is nothing to retry: come back, or watch for a notice being published.
Bid already?
Goes to a box where you quote the reference you were given when you sealed a bid, and see what is held under it. No account, and nothing to remember but the reference.
